1. Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)

If you purchase products from our website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within the 14-day cancellation period by email or through our contact form.

Once your cancellation request is received, you must return the item(s) within 14 days.

2. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
All original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories must be included.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Items returned after the cancellation period may only be accepted at our discretion unless they are faulty.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

Personalized or custom-made products.
Perishable goods.
Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Digital downloads or digital products once the download or service has begun (where applicable).
Gift cards.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Depending on the circumstances, we will:

Repair the item;
Replace the item;
Provide a full refund; or
Offer another suitable remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Please include photographs where possible to help us process your claim quickly.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days.

Original delivery charges will also be refunded where required by UK law. Additional delivery costs for premium or express shipping are not refundable unless legally required.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If you are exercising your right to cancel because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless we have agreed otherwise.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection legislation, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
